Introducing the Supervisor Role
Your Unitag dashboard now includes a fourth role: Supervisor.
Supervisors work like scoped Admins. They have full operational control (managing QR codes, overseeing team members and distributing tasks), but only within their assigned department, region or client account. Organisation-wide settings such as billing and SSO remain reserved for Admins.
In short, Supervisors have Admin-level authority where it’s needed, without organisation-wide risk.
The Supervisor role is available on all plans from Gold onwards. Admins can assign it from the user management panel in a few clicks.
