Search and manage QR codes
The QR code list is where you find a code again once it exists. A search bar sits above it, an actions bar under that for working on several codes at once, quick actions on every row, and the pagination below.
Search QR codes
The bar above the list narrows what it shows:
The search field matches a QR code's name, its campaign and its destination URL.
Created at limits the list to a period; it covers any time by default.
Columns, on the right, chooses which columns the table shows; the icon beside it switches to a card view.
See advanced filters, at the right of the actions bar, opens the rest of the criteria.
Select QR codes
Tick the checkbox on any row to work on several QR codes at once. Until something is ticked, the bar above the list reads Tick QR Codes to use these actions and every action on it stays greyed out.
Select all extends the selection to every QR code in the account, not just the page in front of you - the number beside it is that total.
Download downloads the selection, as PNG by default; the arrow beside it offers the other formats.
See in Analytics opens the statistics for exactly this selection.
Add to campaign files the selection into a campaign or a sub-campaign.
Manage labels adds or removes labels across the whole selection.
Manage QR codes
Every row in the list carries its own quick actions, on the right:
To access the QR code information page.
To edit a QR code's design.
To download the QR code as PNG.
To delete the QR code.
Right-clicking a row opens the same actions in a contextual menu, along with Use this design as template and Export as.
Under the list, Per page sets how many QR codes a page shows, and the arrows move through them. The count on the right is the page you are on, out of the total.
