Fewer than 100 GTINs: Small plan (€12/mo). 100–250 GTINs, regional product ranges: Medium (€25/mo). 250–600 GTINs, multi-SKU ranges: Large (€49/mo). Over 600 SKUs with location-based routing: Enterprise. Major brands managing extensive catalogs via sub-organizations qualify for tailored Enterprise pricing.
Yes. The Enterprise plan includes SSO/SAML with a 99.98% SLA, sub-organizations with role-based access, real-time webhooks, and ERP/PIM integration. EU data residency, a dedicated customer success manager, and custom MSAs and DPAs are all standard. If you have specific compliance requirements, get in touch and we'll map them against your plan.
All scan data is hosted on EU infrastructure by default. Enterprise customers also have access to a contractual EU data residency option. On the privacy side, we've built data minimization into the analytics layer from the ground up. We record device class and city-level location — not individual user identities.
Yes. Custom domain is available from the Small plan: your Digital Link Resolver runs on a subdomain you own (e.g. id.yourbrand.com). Your brand colors and logo apply to your dashboard, which then carries your own branding.

It's the GS1 standard that encodes a product's GTIN as a web address inside a 2D barcode, so one QR code identifies the product and links it to online content through a GS1-conformant resolver.
The DPP rolls out by category under the EU ESPR — batteries first, then textiles, electronics and more through the late 2020s. Each regulated product will need a GS1-compliant data carrier linking to its passport. Adopting GS1 Digital Link now prepares your packaging ahead of your deadline.
Yes. Each Digital Link plan includes a custom resolver domain, so your Digital Links resolve on your own branded domain rather than a shared one.
Your codes and their links keep working when you move between plans. Changing tier adjusts your allocation and features — it never invalidates codes already in the field.
Yes. The API tiers expose GS1 Digital Link resolution programmatically alongside QR generation and analytics, so you can drive resolution from your own systems instead of the console.
GS1 Digital Link is the GS1 standard that turns a product's GTIN into a web address. A single 2D barcode — a QR code — carries the identifier and links to online resources such as the product page, instructions, certificates or recall notices. A GS1-conformant resolver sends each scan to the right destination based on link type, language, market or device, so one code on the pack serves shoppers, retailers and regulators alike.
The EU's Ecodesign for Sustainable Products Regulation (ESPR) introduces the Digital Product Passport (DPP), rolling out by product category. Batteries come first under the EU Battery Regulation, followed by textiles, electronics, construction products and others across the second half of the decade. Each regulated product will need a data carrier — typically a GS1-conformant 2D barcode — that links to its passport. Building on GS1 Digital Link now means your packaging is ready before your category's deadline lands.
Moving from 1D barcodes such as EAN-13 or GS1-128 to a 2D GS1 Digital Link QR keeps your existing GTINs — the same identifier is simply encoded as a web URI. The result scans at point of sale where 2D is supported and resolves on any consumer phone, so you can run connected-packaging experiences and stay GS1-conformant without renumbering your catalog.
