 Which payment means are available?

We offer 5 payment methods, all of which are secured. Both direct and deferred payment methods are available.

Direct payment

You can pay online with VISA or Mastercard, it is safe and immediate. Your account will be updated as soon as your payment has gone through. This makes this option a fast and efficient way to subscribe to an offer.

Deferred payments

If you wish to, you can pay by bank transfer or with Paypal. In order to do so, please contact us with your request.

This is not an automatic process, therefore your account will be updated when the deferred payment has been processed.

 How do I get my invoice?

An invoice is automatically sent to you by email, at the latest 48 hours after your purchase.

48 hours have passed and I still have not received anything.

If you still have not received your invoice from us after 48 hours, please check your spam folder.

If however your bill is not there, please contact us, we will send you a second copy as soon as possible.

 Is it possible to change my current subscription?

Your current subscription is not enough anymore? You can choose a more complete offer, we will adjust the price for you.

Upgrade your subscription

You can change your subscription in favor of a more comprehensive offering. To do this, go to the "My Subscriptions" tab in the dashboard once logged in and follow the steps to upgrade. If you prefer to pay by bank transfer, please contact us!

Downgrade your subscription

Unfortunately it is impossible downgrade any subscription. Indeed our billing system does not allow us to make repayments.

 Do displayed prices include tax?

All displayed prices on Unitag's website are before tax.

What is the price including tax?

Displayed prices are pre-tax prices, as taxes vary depending on the country of purchase.

  • EU countries are exempted from tax if they provide their VAT identification number. If not, they must comply with French tax rules.
  • Countries outside the EU are not required to pay any supplementary taxes.

 How to I renew my subscription?

Our services have won you over and you wish to renew your subscription for another year, it is a simple and straightforward process.

If you wish to pay online, click on "My subscription" in the left column of your Unitag account homepage. This page gives you an overview of your subscription as well as your number of remaining credits.

If you wish to renew your current plan, simply follow the payment process. If you wish to upgrade to another offer, please select your offer of choice from the banner at the top of the page.

If you wish to pay via Paypal, bank transfer or cheque, please contact us and state your chosen payment method along with your chosen plan. We will send you all the necessary information regarding your chosen payment method.

When should I renew my subscription?

In order to ensure that your renewal happens as quickly as possible, and to avoid delay, it is advised to renew your subscription as soon as we send you the first reminder: 1 month before the expiration of your current offer.

If I renew my subscription before its expiration date, will it overlap?

No, your new subscription will automatically start when your current subscription expires, and only then. So you can renew your subscription weeks in advance without losing a single day.

My subscription ends in less than 24 hours, what should I do?

To be sure that your subscription is renewed before your current subscription expires, it is strongly advised to pay online (VISA or Mastercard). Your account will be automatically and immediately updated.

If you opt for another payment method, the delay may be too long. Please contact us by email or by phone and we will find a solution together.
