# Cancellation and return to your account

From your account, you can manage, track and control your subscription independently. You can also cancel your subscription in just a few clicks.

However, cancelling your subscription will have certain consequences on your current QR Code projects, and this impact must be taken into account before validating your cancellation.

## Archiving your dynamic QR Codes

On our platform, the maintenance and hosting of your dynamic QR Codes are governed by our subscriptions. If you cancel your solution, your dynamic QR Codes will be archived - interrupting their redirection and visibility on your Dashboard.

On the other hand, your static QR Codes will be maintained even with a free offer, and you'll still be able to view them.

## Cutting off your creation credits

The creation of dynamic QR Codes is also accessible via our subscriptions. With a free offer, you will no longer be able to generate dynamic QR Codes on the Unitag

platform. However, you will still be able to create unlimited static QR Codes.

## Cutting off access to your advanced features

With the cancellation of your subscription, you will no longer have access to the advanced features accessible with your offer, including Analytics, Campaigns, Atlas, vCard Pro and Smart Packaging.

## With a renewal?

If, after cancelling your subscription, you wish to regain access to all your dynamic QR Codes and advanced functionalities, please contact our support teams.

A renewal will allow your dynamic QR Codes to be unarchived, and you'll be able to find them on your Dashboard by following our team's actions.
